When I bought my Ham-Key paddle/straight key combo at a hamfest a
few years back, I received passing remarks like "Oh that's the knock-off
of the Brown Bros. key. You won't like it", but I always enjoyed the straight
key... it has a nice feel. True, it's not a Brown Bros., but it was within my
budget.
Of course after those guys made their remarks, they offered to buy it from
me...
