38S key/keyer connections

I have *almost* finished my 38S, and am wondering if one can add
*both* the straight key connection and the keyer connection. I'm
assuming I'll lose the sidetone with the sk connection.
Occasionally I'd like to use my CMOS II with the radio (relay
keyed). Plus, I don't have the TiCK chip yet, but I'm almost ready
to smoke test ...
