Need address help for CO3JR

Last week (2/27), I worked CO3JR on 7.040. I don't see him listed in my
Callbook (1991).
I also don't find him in the online lookups.

The exchange went like this: "Jorge, Havana, Cuba. I am ok in the new
callbook is
CM3JR CM3JR CM3JR. 73, etc".

He then proceeds to call CQ again, using CO3JR.

So....I don't know if he meant his NEW call is CM3JR, or perhaps that is the
call
of his manager.

Does anyone have any address info on this fellow?
