Gang,
A total of 50 Rainbows have now been shipped! They are
being sent in the sequence according to the date we received
the orders. Shipping is by First class mail and they *are*
getting out to folks very quickly. We already have
confirmation that several of the kits send out on Friday were
received Saturday and have already been built!
An additional 50 kits will go out later this week, with the
remainder (about 300 total) to be shipped as soon as more
blank pc boards are received.
Orders are still being received and as promised, there will
be another build of kits. The second build will be at least
100 kits and probably 200.
Watch for the Spring issue of 72, the NEQRP newsletter. There
will be a short article on the Rainbow and a longer article
on using end-fed half-wave antennas for portable operation.
