Hi Gang,

The KnightLites invite you to join us at the Charlotte, NC Hamfest
Saturday, March 8th. The Mecklenburg Amateur Radio Society is
advertised as being the largest indoor hamfest in the Southeast. Doors
open at 9 AM for general admission. You'll find directions at the end
of this posting.

Please bring your for sale and/or show-and-tell goodies
to our QRP table, which is Table # J7. There will be someone manning
this table throughout the morning, and we will consider it our gathering
place. We would like to fill this table with a variety of rigs,
accessories, and QRP literature. This would be a great time for us to
share some of our past issues if QQ, QRPp, 72, Sprat, etc.

The KnightLites will be meeting for lunch at a nearby Shoney's
at 1PM. Since the fest doesn't open until 9AM, this will give us four
hours of browsing and visiting time before lunch. Typically we meet a
number of new friends through hamfests, and we hope you will consider
joining us for the luncheon. The format is unstructured and the group
is laid (way) back.

So far, several folks are planning on carpooling; There is still
plenty of room left, so let us know if you would like a ride from the
Research Triangle Park area. Here are some of the Knights that plan to
go:
