  Just worked ZF2FT, on 28.46 MHz (SSB) @ 2018 UTC (Feb. 2nd), using the
Uniden 2510 xcvr into a 3 element beam. 5/9 exchanged both ways. 15
meters is loaded with Central & South American Stations, in the SSB
section of the band. Tell me again about the low end of the solar cycle
again ;-)
