Now that I've gotten hooked on building these neat qrp CW rigs, I
remembered why I didn't operate CW much....I can't copy code very well. I
guess I'd better start practicing. I ran across an article by David Finley
N1IRZ suggesting the Koch method. It sounds interesting and I would like
to try it but .... I'm having trouble getting any of the cw training
programs I've found on the net to work on my HP200. The one recommended by
David is super morse. I've loaded it on the HP but I can't get the speed
calibrated. I've tried both timing methods and neither one results in a
repeatable code speed.
Is there anyone on the list that has installed a cw trainer on the HP200
and gotten good results? If so, which one and where can I get a copy.
Thanks for your help, 73's Steve K2ZPF
