I'm sorry for the BW but I forgot the address re:the ts140s inquiry. I've
been using my TS140S qrp since 1991. The front panel POWER slide pot
lets me adjust down to about 200 mw. It's touchy but I've avoided putting
a pot and 9v battery on the ALC plug (which is the other way to adjust).
I've gotten pretty good at being able to set right at or below 5w.
It sounds like something is wrong if you can't adjust cw to less than 100w
(besides being immoral!) using the POWER slide pot.
