Well for all who survived FYBO, have heard of no casualties, we will meet
as usual at 1030 MST Sat March 1...thats 1730 UTC Sat March 1 at:
Lubys......1933W. Dunlap, Phoenix.....next to HRO.
Lots to talk about...."if we only had......we could have" worked more dx,
had more Qs in FYBO, worked the Fox Mon night, etc, etc.
Gotta get ready for QTTF next...no more BIG antennas...Dan beat the pants
off our 300 ft Vee with his 2W and short vertical during FYBO. But we
(KI7MN,W5VBO,AB7OA,KC7SLY,W9UQB,N7VE,NQ7X) had a fun field day in the sun
wrestling with antennas and giving points to the many FYBO field stations.
Will plan for Ron KU7Y visit on March 26...looks like another fun social
evening...reserve the date. Out of towners or QRP wannabees always welcome.
