Martin,
Ernie had a fair signal to NW Florida, I gave him a 339 when I caught him
at 0216UTC. As I called him, a QRO station started calling CQ and I thought
I missed him, then heard him call me, acknowledge my report and send his.
His signals were QSB'ing and being QRM'ed but I heard him in there and he
got me.
