Fortunately not all hams are governed by FCC regulations. If
you want a nice HF QRP linear amplifier, a few milliwatts in,
tens of watts out, 10 through 80, with good linearity, Cirkit's
amplifier kit is hard to beat. Mainline have similar kits.

The prices aren't unreasonable, except for us North Americans
who are on the wrong end of an unfavourable exchange rate...
