Ramsey Electronics continues to exhibit a flagrant disregard for
relevant 47 CFR sections. They sell equipment which does not meet
the relevant Part 15 standards as well as equipment which violates
Part 15. Furthermore, they appear to suggest use of their transceiver
kits on land mobile frequencies, violation of Part 90 and Part 95.

I'm not really criticizing Ramsey for this so much as observing
what they're doing, and I'm amazed that the FCC has not already
taken some kind of action.

Earlier I mentioned that it is nearly impossible to make a 6m
linear amplifier that could be type accepted. Let me clarify by
mentioning that the minimum drive requirement (of 50W) makes the
type acceptance of a QRP amplifier impossible.
