Just for the fun of it... look at page 99 in the Feb '97 CQ... lower
right corner. Perhaps CCI is skirting the law... but I have their
catalog and they sell everything one needs to construct such an
amplifier... parts wise. The plans are all available as Mot app notes
and service bulletins. And doesn't Ramsey sell a mini-linear... about 20
watts or so? Perhaps I am mistaken about Ramsey.
Anyway... thanks for the kind words and let's hope that some industrious
entrepreneur among us decides that he/she/it is going to be the new
Heathkit and start selling DX-35's and Tener's again. Ham radio really
does miss those turkeys up in Benton Harbor.
