That's a sign that some mime-compliant mailer had it's paws in the message.
The concept of mime (making sure that special characters, such as trailing
spaces (ie. Hex 20) don't get lost by converting them to some other form
(an equals sign followed by a 2-digit hex value)) is a good one. Unfortunately
many mailers don't correctly process these and leave them as little droppings
in posts. If possible, please turn OFF any mime-encoding capabilities of
your mailers before posting to general purpose mailing lists...
