For those interested in HAARP and have some old QST around, there is a
great article on the subject in November 1974 on "Communicating At VHF
Via Artificial Radio Aurora. I am not that old, got a box of old QST
at a local Ham fleamarket, 1973-1975, because they have all the mod
articles for my HW-7. Heard quite a few FYBO on the weekend but had no
time to play :-( Will do it next year for sure.
