QRP-Lers,

  While perusing my "QST", on the lunch hour, I had come across N1QQV
(Hey, that callsign sounds familier). It's Ken, and his article is in
this issue of "QST", or as we call it out here (New Mexico) "Queue
Street". Nicely done Ken. QRP-L, QRP, "QRP AField" (Tom-WB5QYT, this one
is for You) Antenna with Kites attached are mentioned. ;-)
  
  WA8TXT's tuner article is in there too (Page 30).

  Phase 3D & 10 GHz Contest results, what more could someone, from the
QRP-L, ask for ? ;-)
