Well, Finished the Main board on my Sierra. (almost). The ONLY part missing
from the bag was a common, everyday 100 ohm 1/4w resistor. Heck, after 38
years, I have cigar boxes overflowing with resistors. Let's see, I want
brown-black-brown.......... an hour later, and 4 boxes of resistors, NO 100
ohm resistor!! would you believe it? I must have 4000 resistors!

Is this a corollary to Murphy's law? AND, I just got an order from Mauser,
so don't really need anything else. I wonder if Radio Shack still sells
resistors? (Obviously, I don't go in there, unless I HAVE to. I got
treated rather shabbily once for ONLY buying some "cheap parts." I was told
they needed to wait on the "real customers" first!).
