Gang,

Just to show you what 2W on a modest antenna
will do.

This morning (and I mean morning early) I worked
a KH8 with 2W. No pileups to breakup (hey, who
in the world is up at 0800 or so UTC?) and he
heard me with no problems but during the QSO that
followed I mentioned that I was running 2W and he
thought that his beam rotator had broken 'cuz he
wasn't getting me better than 559. :-) Guess
he works a lot of QRO stuff where the other guy
is 30+ over S9.

OK, DXCC count up to 10. Rig was the OHR100 on 40m.

And, gang thanks for all the offers to send me
to EU. Must be during QTTF contest. The best I've
been able to do on RUFZ is just over 30K. Don't know
if that is good enough. I don't like random code
groups.

dit dit
