I'm a little confused on which part of a Molex connector would be mounted on the chassis and which would be used for the "plug". The ARRL handbook seems to show the female connector going to the rig, but any pictures I can find look like the male part is on the rig ?
I'm also not sure in this case how to define male and female, I'm using the terms in regards to the plastic housing not the the pins, what the rule here ?
