QRP-L 3 questions about the 49'er

I am looking for a good project rig for new members of our club.

Question #1) Is there a source for circuit boards still available?

Question #2) Is there info on converting it to 80 meters?

Question #3) There appears to be a conflict on the ID of one transistor
between the circuit on the NorCal web page circuit diagram and the one
shown in the latest issue of the CQ mag. (I assume the CQ mag is wrong,
but I don't have either with me at work here so I can't quote the number
(it's the one in the bottom left corner of the diagram)
