40m 38 Special not quite finished

     Oh well.... The 40m 38 special is not quite finished yet.
     
     I guess I have not learned my lession. My 30m rig with its 6.179 MHz
     crystal IF had major bleed thru the front end from the BBC SW
     broadcast. It took some work to beat that one down.
     
     Likewise, the 5 MHz IF I now have, has big problems with 5 MHz WWV.
     Oh well.... Time for the same type fixes as with 30m.
     
     I guess there is something to be said for tried and true IF
     frequencies such as 4.0 MHz!
     
     Just a few more fixes.......
