What are you printing them on? I know avery has laser printer index
cards, 3x5, 3 per sheet, but can't seem to find them locally. There
is even a premade format under microsoft word for these cards.
Unfortunately, it uses a pre-defined table, so using a table for a
confirmation block on the card isn't allowed under Word.
