Matt, I would agree that this is confusing, especially now that many
circuits also use nF. Generally, capacitor ratings without a designation
are in pF on this side of the Atlantic. Also, better prepared schematics
will contain a note somewhere indicating this as well. You might look
around on all the pages for such a note.
