Re: fix 40 M band plan now!

     Regarding the 40M bandplan suggested by several contributors. Not
     being an SSB enthusiast, I can still see that they should have some
     part of the band to use. Over here we can only use 7.000 to 7.100 MHz
     so some of the suggestions would either mean split frequency working
     with some of your lot having to try to listen to stations over here
     through the other modes.
     
     The other "problem" is that bandplans are not compulsory over here, so
     you wouldn't be able to 'enforce' the changes.
     
     Please remember that other areas of the world may not have the same
     allocations as in the USA. This is what makes the IARU job so
     difficult to do!
