One point of confusion to avoid.....

The US and the rest of the world do dates differently.

12/5/97 can be the 12th of May or the 5th of Dec. If you really want
to get your card back without delay, DO NOT use just numbers. Use
letters for the month.

All the arguments about who is right/wrong doesn't mean anything!

Some of these contest stations are going to be getting hundreds of
QSL cards just from this contest. And for the year the number will
be in the thousands! The easier you make it for them, the better
chance you have of getting a card promply!
