Well, too late, it's all fixed:) I just couldn't help it, put the EEPROM
in it ouf the other kit and it all better now. Mounted in the box and all
programmed for FYBO, and if the temp is 33F I don't gotta change nothin'.
IMPORTANT LESSON: CMOS stuff runs on very very very little smoke, it can
escape without notice! In 20 years of playing with this stuff this is
only the second CMOS part I know I killed by being clumsy... So gang, be
careful out there :)
