Granted the ARRL has some warts, but if not them, who is going to
represent amateur radio to the government ? that W5YI group, or Wayne
Green??
At this time when the government is trying to balance the budget by
selling the radio spectrum to commercial intrests, we had better have
someone representing our interests to the congress. Read the "DC
Currents" column in one of your recent QSTs and see what we are facing.
Who's going to carry our CW survey results to the WARC conference? It
all takes money, yours and mine.
