NO! 7030 falls well within the cw segment of the band, and happens to
be the QRP frequency over here in Eu. Many years ago, there was an
attempt to set up an Amtor mailbox on 7030 (by G3PLX), but the RSGB HF
committe asked that he move it into the data section of the band (above
7035).
