Hello toroid experts!

Does anyone know the AL value for a 88 mH surplus telephone toroid? I
get a value of 152 based on data from a QST article and some calculations
I did. I looked in the handbook but they have specs listed by the Amidon
toroid number, not for the telephone toroids as such.

I want to figure out how many turns to remove from an 88 mH toroid to get
a 44 mH toroid. I don't have any toroids to spare or I'd just use two 22
mH toroids in series. I'm building an LC wide audio filter for my
neophyte (NE602) type receiver.
