I am not sure I totaly undestand your question. Basic vertical
construction is that the center conductor connects to the radiator and the
shield connects to the radials which should be grounded (earth). Cut the
radials to something like 32 ft. Put 4 to 18 down and you be in business.
There are those who will tell you what you "must" have to make a vertical
work but my experience tells me that any vertical will work, its just that
some work better than others :)
