Tu as de la chance, David!
One may contact C.G.R addressed as follows:
                 Centre de Gestion des Radiocommunication
B.P. 61-94371 Sucy En Brie Cedex
                 France
                            Telephone: 16 (1) 45.95.33.00
                         recorded msg: 16 (1) 45.95.33.69

There are 5 classes of French Ham license, classes A,B,C,D,E.
Classes A and C are no code tech equivalents. Classes B,D, and
E require code skills. Practice tests can be taken on Minitel.
XYL Carol, newly licensed KC7PHR, will try to contact the Ham
club in Lyon via Minitel tomorrow. Here's one that I know:
    au Radio-Club du REF 67 <---that number, 67, is
118, Chemin du Grossroethig derived from the first
67200 Strasbourg <----------2 digits of the zip code
    France 67200
                                       ^^

More tomorrow!
