Hello All,
I am considering a vertical antenna and I called GAP and found
out that their TITAN DX will cover some of 75/80 meter band and the complete
bandwidth for ALL of the other bands (40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12 & 10). This
sounds really good, but, is it true in the real world?
Also, they said that when you buy the TITAN you specify which "cap"
you want for 75/80. Are there only two caps or are there more to choose
from? And last, but not least, I was told that if you were running
less than 100 watts that you could use a tuner to tune the remainder of the
75/80 meter band. Has anyone out there tried this?
Any information would be appreciated on the antenna and how well it works.

tnx es 73
