When I was calculating the 20% discount
on the Oak Hills QRP Wattmeter for our
group buy, I made a $2 mistake. Don't
know how it happened - calculator
$80 minus 20% is $64, not $62!
For those of us who have ordered the
wattmeter, we'll be charged $64 instead
of $62. It's only fair to Dick who has
given us a big discount that you tend
not to see at this cottage industry
level of QRP kits.
I'm in sales with a large pharmaceutical
company. Profit margins and losses
significantly impact the big companies.
This becomes even more critical with
smaller businesses like OHR.
Consider the extra $2 as an investment in
a small QRP kit company that has consistently
demonstrated its commitment to high quality
products, continued product improvement,
and most importantly in the QRP kit business,
service after the sale.
Sorry for my $2 mistake!
