QRP-L gang,

An exclusive "insiders" tidbit for the QRP-L gang. I just received in the
mail today from Dick at Oak Hills Research a very nice small edge type
combination SWR/PWR and S meter that he has in inventory but is unable to
use for his production runs. The meter is 1.5" X 0.5" and is 1.25" deep.
It has a black backround and red and green scales showing PWR (actually SWR)
with the 2 about midscale and the bottom scale showing signal strength with
S9 and 30db over. The unit also includes a little wheat germ lamp for
backlighting. The only downside I see is that you may need some hotglue to
hold it in the rectangular cutout since there is no flange screws etc.

Fits the SIERRA, NORCAL 40 and (I suspect) the CASCADE perfectly.

Dick says he is going to bring some with him to sell (fire sale price) at
the hospitality suite. I don't know how many he is bringing but if you are
worried that he doesn't bring enough give him a shout before he leaves for
Dayton.
