Hi Dave,

That's about the same time as mine except I broke
a coil and had to get another one.

But to all, Yes, do check the coils with a Ohm meter
to be SURE the enamel is really gone and you have a
good connection.

My first 3 (only) QSO's with the 40a have all brought
great reports. All 3 commented on how nice it sounded.
I must point out that I didn't ask for comments, they
just came.

So nice in this day and age for something to go right!
