The final for the HW-9, the MRF-237, is available from RF Parts in San
Marcos, CA--see just about any recent issue of QST or CQ for their ads,
which list prices on a small selection of their product line (and I
think the MRF237 is, or at least was, in the ads). Be prepared to
shell out what I consider relatively serious money for a QRP
transistor. By the way, if anyone ever thinks about using an MRF237 in
a homebrew rig, be aware it has "backward" pins--instead of the usual
E-B-C, running clockwise around the triangle, it has C-B-E, with the
