strange internet problem -- not receiving mail

Just a whistle to the Boatanchor and QRP lists that if anyone
has been trying to reach me since Thursday, for some reason
I am not receiving incoming mail. (does this mean I'm
conceited to even mention it? :-).

It is a perplexing problem that maybe someone can shed some
light on -- my Sun mailers are working (I can send out and
force mail in by telnet to port 25, plus e-mail between our
various sun computers), I can ftp/telnet in and out from here,
a few messages have come into individuals from one particular list
(not these :-) and a few other sites, and out domain name
server "seems" to be working alright (at least nslookup
works). In talking to our computer people, they didn't change
anything on Thursday except to add an authorization program
for file mounting. I've tried mailing from other sites
that I have accounts on, but none of it has arrived, nor
bounced back undeliverable, so it is being held somewhere
in the greater Corps network.

I'm very perplexed. Any ideas? Now back to radio programming
