this is a test. i think that qrp@think.com is still working. just
no traffic.

i got the september issue of QST last nite and wow!!

Jeff, AC4HF got a real nice article in the new ham section. including
his picture and his son Danny and some of his goodies, like the HW9 and
the OHR Spirit. good job.

also a picture of the famous Jim Kearman, KR1S. scared me when i
first saw it. thought that was a Hallicrafters TO keyer instead of
the VFO. :-) Jim, too neat a setup. real hams can't get to the
desk to operate much less see the rig...... of course we all know
that's not how it looks before and after the photo was made.

Randy, look at page 109 (AA2U). maybe he can tell us all the ten
flags. the IC-707 looks like a real neat rig. noticed that there
wasn't a price tag. is this going to compete with the TenTec scout?
9.4 x 3.5 x 9.4" isn't too bad a size for GC rcvr and all the ham
bands and power adjustment on the front panel. anyone seen this

i think we've just slowed down this week...... ;-)
