RS12/13 Kep???

I saw in the latest issue of QQ that someone was using RS12/13 for QRP.
RS12/13 has an uplink on 15M and a downlink on 10 M. I thought it might be
fun to try to listen to the beacon until I could get a QRP xmtr together for
15M. When I uploaded a file with the latest Keps, RS 10/11 was the only one
   listed.

Does anyone know if this is the one you use or is there a different set of
   Keps required?

Depending on the source of the keps, you might see it listed as "Cosmos
2123", the host satellite.
